【摘要】 长筒弹外壳的加工产品质量对枪、炮管等金属管形火器发展有着非常重要因素影响，针对原有加工工艺出现的零件直线度、同轴度、圆柱度和表面进行粗糙度这四个精度管理方面存在的问题，进行加工工艺分析，发现存在刀杆强度不足、切削用量不合理、工件放置方式等影响加工质量的关键性问题，对现有工艺进行改进与优化形成新的工艺方案，通过加工实验及检验验证，新加工工艺方案对长筒弹外壳的加工精度及表面质量有大幅提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 The quality of the processed products of the long barrel Shell has a very important influence on the development of metal tubular firearms such as guns and gun barrels, it is found that there are still some problems in the precision management of straightness, coaxiality,cylindricity and surface roughness. Through the analysis of the processing technology, the concrete causes of the errors are found out, and the existing problems are analyzed and improved. The results show that the machining precision and surface quality of cartridge case are obviously improved by the improved processing technology.更多还原
