基于COMSOL的PV/T组件温度场仿真研究
Simulation of PV/T Module Temperature Field Based on COMSOL
【摘要】 设计采用三种管路结构的PV/T集热器,对夏季与冬季的PV/T系统进行实验测试,通过COMSOL对三种管道形状的PV/T集热器进行温度场仿真分析。结果表明:夏季室外温度为24℃时,采用圆角方管的太阳能集热器光热效率可达到44.29%,直角方管41.78%,传统的圆管38.43%;冬季室外温度为1℃时,圆角方光热管效率38.74%,直角方管36.45%,圆管35.16%;采用方管时可更有效的降低光伏板温度,使光伏板温度6min左右降至平稳,圆管集热器需8min左右,并提升光伏板的光电效率。
【Abstract】 PV/T collectors with three pipe structures were designed and tested in summer and winter. The temperature field of PV/T collectors with three pipe shapes was simulated and analyzed by COMSOL. The results show that when the outdoor temperature is 24 ℃ in summer, the photothermal efficiency of the solar collector using square tube with rounded corner, square tube with rectangular Angle and traditional round tube can reach 44.29%, 41.78% and 38.43%. When the outdoor temperature is 1℃ in winter, the efficiency of rounded square tubes is 38.74%, rectangular square tubes 36.45% and round tubes 35.16%. Square tube can reduce the temperature of photovoltaic panel more effectively, so that the temperature of photovoltaic panel can be reduced to a stable about 6min, round tube collector needs about 8min, and improve the photovoltaic efficiency of photovoltaic panel.
