基于COMSOL的精锻厂房夏季室内温度仿真
Indoor Temperature Simulation of Fine Forging Plant in Summer Based on COMSOL
【摘要】 精锻厂房现有的通风方式为自然通风,考虑到内部10台中频炉发热和太阳辐射对工厂内部温度的影响,通过COMSOL对室外温度为35℃时不同风速下工厂室内的温度场进行仿真分析,确定了10个中频炉对室内温度环境的影响,得到锻造区中间过道处的温度分布图。通过对室外温度为26℃时不同风速情况下对室内温度情况的仿真,得出室外温度为26℃时不同换气次数对室内温度的影响,确定精锻厂房的机械通风次数,为后续机械通风的构建打下基础。
【Abstract】 The existing ventilation mode of fine forging workshop is natural ventilation. Considering the influence of heat and solar radiation from 10 internal medium-frequency furnaces on the internal temperature of the factory, COMSOL was used to conduct simulation analysis on the temperature field of the factory under different wind speeds when the outdoor temperature was 35 ℃, and the influence of 10intermediate frequency furnaces on the indoor temperature environment was determined. The temperature distribution of the middle passage in forging area is obtained. Through the simulation of indoor temperature under the condition of different wind speed when the outdoor temperature is 26℃, the influence of different ventilation times on indoor temperature when the outdoor temperature is 26 ℃, and the number of mechanical ventilation times of fine forging workshop is determined, which lays a foundation for the subsequent construction of mechanical ventilation.
