高速铣削瞬时动态切削力参数辨识
Identification of Instantaneous Dynamic Cutting Force Parameters in High Speed Milling
【摘要】 针对高速铣削中铣削力动态特性复杂难以预测、影响加工精度与功率消耗等问题,建立基于力学分析的铣削力模型,综合名义切削力、刀具偏心跳动引起的切削力以及瞬时平均切削力等切削力三大组成要素提出切削力系数与瞬时切削力参数辨识方法。以圆柱立铣刀顺铣加工为例,验证该辨识方法的可行性,为精确把握高速铣削加工动态特性提供实践参考。
【Abstract】 Aimed at the problems of complexityand difficulty to be predicted of milling force in high-speed milling, which affect the processing accuracy and power consumption, milling force model based on mechanical analysis is established, a method for identifying cutting force coefficients and instantaneous cutting force parameters is proposed, combining nominal cutting force, cutting force caused by tool eccentric runout and instantaneous average cutting force, which are three component elements of cutting force.Taking the cylindrical end milling cutter as an example, the feasibility of the identification method has been verified, which provides practical reference for accurately grasping the dynamic characteristics of high-speed milling.
