基于Fluent的过滤器内部流场数值模拟

【摘要】 针对船用9L28/32DF型双燃料发动机在突加负荷时,由于燃料供应系统中过滤器的作用使得管路内的压力上升缓慢,对发动机的性能产生影响的问题,运用Fluent软件的多孔介质模型对发动机所配备的GVU(气体阀组单元)中的2种型号过滤器进行了数值模拟,得到2种型号过滤器的流动特性及压降情况,对比分析了2种型号过滤器的优缺点并提出减少压力损失的建议方法。

【Abstract】 In view of the problem of Marine 9L28/32 DF type dual fuel engine in the process of sudden loading, as a result of the action of the filter in fuel supply system causes the pressure inside the pipe to rise slowly, and impact on engine performance, two types of filters in the GVU(gas valve unit) equipped with engine were numerically simulated using the porous medium model of Fluent software and obtained the flow characteristics and pressure drop of two types of filter, compared and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of two types of filters and put forward the ways to reduce the pressure drop.
