螺栓连接装配式混凝土墙板结构水平缝的抗震性能研究

【摘要】 为改善装配式混凝土墙板结构体系的抗震性能,提出了一种高强螺栓-连接钢板拼接式螺栓连接节点,建立了墙板结构的精细化有限元模型。通过改变轴压比,箍筋间距,节点位置,螺栓和连接钢板的尺寸、数量和布置等因素,探究各参数对该墙板结构体系力学性能的影响。分析结果表明:和试验值相比,正负向的最大平均承载力和最大平均位移相差均在14%以内;改变轴压比对新型螺栓连接装配式混凝土墙板结构的承载能力和刚度等力学性能影响最大;在一定范围内减小螺栓的使用数量会降低结构的承载力,同时会在一定程度上提高结构的延性;改变螺栓直径和钢板厚度对结构的力学性能影响不大,但减小钢板厚度会使得钢板发生屈服;改变箍筋间距和混凝土强度对结构的承载能力有一定的影响;改变节点位置对结构的初始刚度有较大影响。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the seismic performance of the precast RC wall panel structure, a bolt-connected joint including high strength bolts and connected steel plates was proposed, and a detailed finite element model of wall panel structure was established. By changing the axial compression ratio, spacing of stirrups, the position of the joint, and the size, quantity and arrangement of the connectors at the joints, the influence of each parameter on the mechanical properties of the wall panel structural system was explored. The analysis results show that compared with the experimental results, the difference between the maximum average bearing capacity and the maximum average displacement in the positive and negative directions is within 14%. Changing the axial compression ratio has the greatest impact on the bearing capacity and stiffness of the novel bolt-connected precast RC wall panel structure. Reducing the number of bolts used within a certain range will decrease the bearing capacity of the structure, but improve the ductility of the structure to a certain extent. Changing the diameter of the bolts and the thickness of the steel plates has little effect on the mechanical properties of the structure, but reducing the thickness of the steel plates will make the steel plates yield. Changing the spacing of stirrups and the strength of the concrete has a certain influence on the bearing capacity of the structure. Changing the position of the joints has a great influence on the initial stiffness of the structure.
