全过程持荷锚杆静压钢管桩在复杂桩基处理中的应用实践

【摘要】 某项目由于基坑围护变形导致主楼工程桩大面积失效,为保证建筑主体安全,需加固主楼基础。在分析场地地质和原基础设计的基础上,提出了四种桩基处理方案。基于四种桩基处理方案的特点和适用范围,并考虑工期的较高要求、周边地质条件复杂及施工方案的安全性、可行度和经济性,最终选择全过程持荷锚杆静压钢管桩方案进行桩基处理。对此桩基处理方案,创新性地提出了采用分段施工方式,并对施工过程中障碍物处理和地下水的控制进行了探索。监测结果表明,本工程沉降始终保持稳定,此桩基处理方案达到预期效果。

【Abstract】 Due to the deformation of foundation pit support, the engineering piles of the main building in a project fail in a large area. In order to ensure the safety of the main building, the pile foundation of the main building must be strengthened. Based on the analysis of site geology and original foundation design, four pile foundation treatment schemes were put forward. Based on the characteristics and application scope of the four pile foundation treatment schemes, and considering the higher requirements of construction period, complex surrounding geological conditions and the safety, feasibility and economy of the construction scheme, the scheme of whole process load-bearing anchor static pressure steel-pipe pile was finally selected for pile foundation treatment. For this pile foundation treatment scheme, the section construction method was innovatively proposed, and the obstacle treatment and groundwater control in the construction process were explored. The monitoring results show that the settlement of the project is always stable, and the pile foundation treatment scheme achieves the expected effect.
