【摘要】 目的 探究压疮采用仙方活命饮加减与负压引流技术（VAC）方案治疗的价值。方法选取2019年1月—2022年4月东莞市中医院收治的60例压疮患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为两组，对照组（常规治疗）和试验组（仙方活命饮加减+VAC+常规治疗）。比较两组治疗效果、创面疼痛程度和愈合情况。结果 试验组比对照组治疗效果更好（P <0.05）。试验组的肉芽生长时间比对照组短（P <0.05）。试验组的疼痛自评量表评分比对照组低（P <0.05）。结论 仙方活命饮加减与VAC在压疮治疗中应用有理想的缓解疼痛、促进愈合效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of modified Xianfang Huoming Decoction and vacuum-assisted closure(VAC) in the treatment of pressure ulcer. Methods A total of 60 patients with pressure ulcer who were treated in Dongguan TCM Hospital from January 2019 to April 2022 were randomized into control group(routine treatment) and experimental group(modified Xianfang Huoming Decoction + VAC + routine treatment) with the random number table method. The efficacy, pain of wound, and wound healing were compared between the two groups. Results The efficacy in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05). The time for granulation in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05). The visual analog scale(VAS) score in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of modified Xianfang Huoming Decoction and VAC is effective for pressure ulcer, which relieves pain and promotes healing.更多还原
