焦化烟气镁基干法脱硫系统的设计与实现
Design and Implementation of Magnesium Based Dry Desulfurization System for Coking Gas
【摘要】 阐述MgO,Mg(OH)2和MgCO3三种镁基吸收剂对焦化烟气的脱硫性能,梳理了不同条件下脱硫效率的变化规律,评估了进料速度和风量对脱硫效率的影响。实验结果表明,Mg(OH)2和MgCO3在250~350℃温度区间可实现95%以上的脱硫效率,且随着烟气温度的升高,脱硫效率逐步提高,MgCO3的脱硫效果优于Mg(OH)2。除实验室评估,本研究还专门搭建了一套1 000~2 000m3/h烟气规模的中试平台,对筛选出的高效脱硫剂进行现场实验,结果显示脱硫出口SO2浓度低于35mg/m3,脱硫效率可达97%以上。
【Abstract】 This paper expounds the desulfurization performance of three magnesium based absorbents, MgO, Mg(OH)2 and MgCO3, on coking gas, combs the variation law of desulfurization efficiency under different conditions, and evaluates the influence of feed rate and air volume on desulfurization efficiency. The experimental results show that Mg(OH)2 and MgCO3 can achieve more than 95% desulfurization efficiency in the temperature range of 250~350℃, and the desulfurization efficiency gradually increases with the increase of gas temperature. The desulfurization effect of MgCO3 is better than that of Mg(OH)2. In addition to laboratory evaluation, this study also specially built a pilot test platform with a scale of 1 000~2 000 m3/h gas, and conducted field experiments on the selected high-efficiency desulfurizer. The results showed that the SO2 concentration at the desulfurization outlet was lower than 35mg/m3, and the desulfurization efficiency could reach more than 97%.
