圆块孔式再生器传热特性研究

【摘要】 为设计适合开式系统的圆块孔式石墨降膜再生器,开展了该型再生器传热特性研究。以氯化钙溶液为再生对象,实验研究溶液质量分数和流量等参数对再生器液膜对流换热系数的影响。研究表明:低雷诺数时,液膜对流换热系数在200—1 500 W/(m~2·K)之间,对流换热系数随溶液流量提高逐渐降低,基于实验结果拟合液膜对流换热系数量纲一关联式,并建立再生器一维半经验模型,与实验结果比对,蒸发量偏差不超过±5%,再生器出口溶液质量分数偏差不超过±0.3%。

【Abstract】 The effects of calcium chloride solution mass fraction and flow rate on liquid film convection heat transfer in a graphite block falling film regenerator for open systems were studied.The results show that at the low Reynolds number, the convection heat transfer coefficient of liquid film is between 200 and 1 500 W/(m~2·K), and the convection heat transfer coefficient decreases gradually with the increase of solution flow rate. A dimension one correlation for convection heat transfer coefficient of liquid film was given. Moreover, a one-dimensional semi-empirical model of the regenerator was constructed. Compared with experimental results, the variation of evaporation is no more than ±5%, and the deviation of the mass fraction of the solution at the regenerator′s output is no more than ±0.3%.
