淀粉/蒙脱石/丙烯酸/2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙烷磺酸高吸水性树脂的制备和性能研究
Preparation of hydrogel based on starch/montmorillonite/acrylic acid-co-2-acrylamido-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid and its absorbent properties
【摘要】 用一种生物相容性好、可生物降解及无毒的可再生天然高分子淀粉来制备高吸水性树脂。实验采用反相乳液法制备了淀粉/蒙脱石/丙烯酸/2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙烷磺酸四元共聚高吸水性树脂。通过单因素实验和正交试验分别讨论了引发剂、交联剂、反应温度、丙烯酸中和度和油水体积比等对高吸水性树脂溶胀性能的影响,通过FTIR和XRD表征树脂的结构,并讨论了树脂再生能力。实验结果表明:反应温度55℃,反应时间3 h引发剂用量2.0 g,交联剂用量0.04 g,丙烯酸中和度70%,油水体积为比1.2∶1,反应时间3 h,产品吸水倍率高达508 g/g。树脂经过5次循环仍能够保持较高的溶胀能力,说明该高吸水性树脂具有良好的再生性能。
【Abstract】 Starch is a renewable natural polymer with biocompatibility, biodegradable and non-toxic properties, which is used to prepare superabsorbent polymer.The four component superabsorbent polymer was prepared by starch/montmorillonite/acrylic acid-co-2-acrylamido-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid as raw materials using inverse emulsion polymerization.Single factor experiments and orthogonal experiment on hydrogel were carried out to discuss the effects of initiator dosage, crosslinking agent dosage, reaction temperature, neutralization degree of acrylic acid, ratio of oil to water on the absorbency of polymer.The experimental results indicate that the maximum swelling capacity of polymer is up to 508 g/g under reaction temperature 55 ℃,reaction time 3 h, initiator dosage 2.0 g, crosslinking agent dosage 0.04 g, neutralization degree of acrylic acid 70% and ratio of oil to water 1.2 ∶1. After 5 cycles, the polymer has high swelling capacity, which shows good reusability properties.
