【摘要】 目的 分析切开复位内固定治疗基础上加用壮骨活血方对桡骨远端骨折患者治疗的影响。方法 方便选取2019年2月—2021年3月南平市第二医院62例接受切开复位内固定治疗的桡骨远端骨折患者为研究对象，经随机数表法分为对照组与治疗组，各31例。术后对照组选择骨化三醇软胶囊、阿仑膦酸钠片治疗，治疗组选择骨化三醇软胶囊、阿仑膦酸钠片联合壮骨活血方治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果 治疗组的Gartland-Werley评分优良率、总有效率分别为83.87%、96.77%，均明显高于对照组的48.39%、70.97%，差异有统计学意义（χ~2=8.713、7.631,P=0.003、0.006）。治疗后，两组的骨保护素（OPG）、骨形态发生蛋白-2(NMP-2)、骨钙素（OC）水平均明显上升，而骨特异性碱性磷酸酶（BALP）水平明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 桡骨远端骨折患者在接受切开复位内固定治疗时，加用壮骨活血方治疗能让患者腕关节功能及治疗效果明显提升，并对其骨代谢水平进行显著改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of Zhuanggu Huoxue Recipe on the treatment of patients with distal radius fractures based on open reduction and internal fixation. Methods A total of 62 patients with distal radius fractures who received open reduction and internal fixation in Nanping Second Hospital from February 2019 to March 2021 were conveniently selected as the research objects, and divided into the control group and the treatment group by random number table method, with 31 cases in each group. After operation, the control group received calcitriol soft capsules and alendronate sodium tablets for treatment. The treatment group was treated with Calcitriol Soft Capsules, Alendronate Sodium Tablets combined with Zhuanggu Huoxue Recipe. Compared the clinical efficacy between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate and total effective rate of Gartland-Werley score in the treatment group were 83.87% and 96.77%, which were significantly higher than those in the control group, 48.39% and 70.97%, and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=8.713, 7.631, P=0.003, 0.006). After treatment, the levels of OPG, NMP-2and OC in the two groups were significantly increased, while the level of BALP was significantly decreased, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In patients with distal radius fractures receiving open reduction and internal fixation, the addition of Zhuanggu Huoxue Recipe can significantly improve the wrist joint function and therapeutic effect, and significantly improve the bone metabolism level.更多还原
