【摘要】 目的 研究儿童急性喘息性支气管炎应用小青龙汤治疗的临床效果，并分析对患儿免疫功能的影响。方法 方便选择2019年5月—2020年5月安溪县医院儿科住院的急性喘息性支气管炎患儿92例为研究对象，借助随机数表法分为对照组和治疗组，每组46例。对照组患儿应用常规方式开展治疗，治疗组应用小青龙汤对患儿进行治疗，分析并对比两组患儿的临床治疗效果、一氧化氮、嗜酸性粒细胞水平以及免疫功能。结果治疗组患儿总有效率为97.83%，显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.433,P=0.035）。用药后，治疗组患儿一氧化氮与嗜酸性粒细胞水平分别为（50.67±3.86）μmol/mL、（0.17±0.06）×109/L，显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（t=17.180、8.151,P<0.001）；治疗组患儿免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白G以及免疫球蛋白M分别为（1.48±0.35）、（9.38±0.77）、（1.40±0.29）g/L，均显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（t=2.431、5.426、2.077,P<0.05）。结论急性喘息性支气管炎患儿应用小青龙汤展开治疗，可改善患儿一氧化氮、嗜酸性粒细胞水平及免疫功能，对患儿康复具有积极意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of Xiaoqinglong Decoction for children with acute asthmatic bronchitis, and to analyze the effect on the immune function of patients. Methods 92 children with acute asthmatic bronchitis hospitalized in pediatrics of Anxi County Hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were conveniently selected as the research objects. With the help of random number table, they were divided into control group and treatment group, with 46 cases in each group. The children in the control group were treated with conventional methods, and the children in the treatment group were treated with Xiaoqinglong Decoction. Analyzed and compared the clinical treatment effect, nitric oxide, eosinophil level and immune function of the two groups of children.
