【摘要】 目的 观察荜铃胃痛颗粒联合小剂量雷贝拉唑治疗功能性消化不良（FD）临床疗效。方法 将我院120例FD患者随机分为观察组与对照组各60例。对照组患者予以雷贝拉唑口服，观察组患者予以荜铃胃痛颗粒、小剂量雷贝拉唑口服。比较两组疗效和治疗前后胃、肠排空率，烧心、上腹痛、嗳气积分，复发率，促胃泌素（GAS）、胃动素（MLT）、生长抑素（SS）水平。结果 治疗后，观察组患者总有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）；两组患者胃、肠排空率增高，烧心、上腹痛、嗳气积分降低，观察组患者胃、肠排空率高于对照组，观察组患者烧心、上腹痛、嗳气积分低于对照组（P<0.05）；随访6个月，观察组患者复发率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 荜铃胃痛颗粒联合小剂量雷贝拉唑治疗FD效果满意，增强胃肠排空，缓解症状，降低复发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Biling Weitong Granules combined with low-dose rabeprazole in treatment of functional dyspepsia(FD). Methods A total of 120 PSD patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each group. Control group was given rabeprazole,and observation group was given Biling Weitong Granules and low-dose rabeprazole. The curative effect,gastric and intestinal emptying rate,heartburn,epigastric pain,belching score,recurrence rate,gastrin(GAS),motilin(MLT),and somatostatin(SS)levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group( P<0.05);the gastric and intestinal emptying rates increased,heartburn,epigastric pain,and belching scores decreased in both groups,the gastric and intestinal emptying rates in observation group were higher than those in control group;the scores of heartburn,epigastric pain and belching in observation group were lower than those in control group( P<0.05);follow-up for6 months,the recurrence rate in observation group was lower than that in control group( P<0.05). Conclusion Biling Weitong Granules combined with low-dose rabeprazole has a satisfactory effect in treatment of FD,enhances gastrointestinal emptying,relieves symptoms,and reduces recurrence.更多还原
