【摘要】 目的 观察穴位电刺激联合右美托咪定对结肠癌患者免疫和肝肾功能的影响。方法 将我院90例行腹腔镜结肠癌手术患者随机分为观察组与对照组各45例。对照组采用右美托咪定治疗，观察组采用穴位电刺激联合右美托咪定治疗，比较两组手术情况、并发症发生率、手术前后免疫功能和肝肾功能。结果治疗后，观察组手术时间、手术出血量、排气时间、下床时间均短于对照组（ P<0.05）；观察组并发症发生率低于对照组（ P<0.05）；两组CD3~+、CD4~+下降，且观察组CD3~+、CD4~+下降程度均小于对照组（ P<0.05），两组CD8~+差异不显著（ P>0.05）；两组谷丙转氨酶（ALT）、谷草转氨酶（AST）、肌酐（Cr）、尿素氮（UREA）水平均下降，且观察组ALT、AST、Cr、UREA水平均低于对照组（ P<0.05）。结论 穴位电刺激联合右美托咪定治疗能促进结肠癌患者肠道功能恢复，降低并发症发生，改善术后免疫和肝肾功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of acupoint electrical stimulation combined with dexmedetomidine on immunity and liver and kidney function in patients with colon cancer. Methods Ninety patients undergoing laparoscopic colon cancer surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group. Control group was treated with dexmedetomidine,and observation group was treated with acupoint electrical stimulation combined with dexmedetomidine.The operation status,complication rate,immune function,liver and kidney function before and after the operation were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the operation time,operative blood loss,exhaust time,and bed time in observation group were shorter than in control group（P<0.05）;the complication rate in observation group was lower than in control group（P<0.05）;CD3~+and CD4~+decreased in both groups after operation,the decrease in observation group was smaller than in control group（P<0.05）,and the difference in CD8~+between the two groups was not significant（P>0.05）;the levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),creatinine(Cr)and urea nitrogen(UREA)decreased in both groups;the UREA level in observation group was lower than in control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion Acupoint electrical stimulation combined with dexmedetomidine promotes the recovery of intestinal function in patients with colon cancer,reduces the occurrence of complications,and improves postoperative immunity and liver and kidney function.更多还原
