【摘要】 目的 观察滋肾益肺汤联合运动肺康复训练治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）稳定期（肺肾气阴两虚证）患者临床疗效。方法 将我院COPD稳定期患者300例随机分为对照组与治疗组各150例。对照组给予运动肺康复训练治疗，治疗组在对照组的治疗基础上联合滋肾益肺汤治疗。采集患者治疗4周、8周、12周后动脉血氧饱和度、静息肺功能检测、6min步行试验数据，进行临床评估和生活质量评估，比较两组治疗前、治疗4周、8周、12周后的中医症候积分、肺功能指标[第1s用力呼气容积（FEV1）、最大用力肺活量（FVC）]、6min步行距离及生活质量（WHOQOL-BREF）评分，并统计两组治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后，治疗组中医证候积分、WHOQOL-BREF评分、FEV1及FVC值高于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗组6min步行距离长于对照组（P<0.05）；两组不良反应发生率对比无明显差异（P>0.05）。结论 滋肾益肺汤联合运动肺康复训练治疗COPD稳定期患者，可减轻临床症状，改善肺功能，提高生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the application value of exercise pulmonary rehabilitation combined with Zishen Yifei Decoction in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)during stable stage(qi-yin deficiency syndrome).Methods A total of 300 patients with stable COPD were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,150 cases each. Control group was given exercise pulmonary rehabilitation therapy,while treatment group was additionally given Zishen Yifei Decoction. After 4,8 and 12 weeks of treatment,scores of TCM symptoms,pulmonary function indexes [forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),6-minute walking distance],and quality of life(WHOQOL-BREF)score were compared between the two groups,the occurrences of adverse reactions during treatment in the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results After treatment,scores of TCM syndrome and WHOQOL-BREF,FEV1 and FVC in treatment group were higher than control group,6-minute walking distance was longer than that in control group( P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups( P>0.05). Conclusion The application of exercise pulmonary rehabilitation combined with Zishen Yifei Decoction can relieve clinical symptoms,improve pulmonary function and quality of life of patients with stable COPD.更多还原
