低温胁迫对优良三色堇自交系幼苗耐寒性的影响

【摘要】 以9份优良三色堇自交系幼苗为试材,在试验室中对其进行低温胁迫,测定植株的可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白、MDA、叶绿素荧光及细胞膜透性等生理指标,同时结合大田冷害调查,研究了9份三色堇自交系的耐寒性.根据所测定的生理指标进行的抗寒性综合评价表明,9份材料抗寒能力由强到弱依次为:XXL-YB-1-1-1-2> PXP-BT-D-1-1-1-B> EWO-1> EYO-3> JB-1-1-5> E01-1> DSRAB-1-4B> DPLS-2-1>DSRFY-1-2;根据大田冷害调查所测定的耐寒系数表明,9份材料抗寒能力由强到弱依次为:EWO-1> EYO-3>PXP-BT-D-1-1-1-B> XXL-YB-1-1-1-2> DPLS-2-1=DSRAB-1-4B=E01-1> JB-1-1-5> DSRFY-1-2.综合上述两种评价方法,9份材料中,较为耐寒材料为PXP-BT-D-1-1-1-B、EWO-1、EYO-3;可溶性糖和游离脯氨酸可能与抗寒性成正相关,MDA和叶绿素荧光与抗寒性成负相关.

【Abstract】 In this study,the seedlings of 9 excellent inbred lines of pansies were used as plant materials to test their physiological indicators of plants,such as soluble sugar,free proline,soluble protein,MDA,chlorophyll fluorescence and cell membrane permeability,under low temperature.Meanwhile,the low temperature tolerance of 9 inbred lines of pansy was investigated in the field.The comprehensive evaluation of low temperature tolerance based on the measured physiological indicators shows that the cold resistance of the 9 materials is as follows:XXL-YB-1-1-1-2>PXP-BT-D-1-1-1-B>EWO-1>EYO-3>JB-1-1-5>E01-1>DSRAB-1-4B>DPLS-2-1>DSRFY-1-2;and the cold resistance of the 9 materials in the field assessment is:EWO-1>EYO-3>PXP-BT-D-1-1-1-B>XXL-YB>DPLS-2-1=DSRAB-1-4B=E01-1>JB-1-1-5>DSRFY-1-2.Combining the above two results,the more cold-resistant materials are PXP-BT-D-1-1-1-B,EWO-1,and EYO-3,among the 9 materials.Soluble sugar and free proline may be positively correlated with cold resistance,while MDA and chlorophyll fluorescence are negatively correlated with cold resistance.
