八硼酸钠对草莓果实品质的影响

【摘要】 研究以章姬和红颜为试验材料,采用盆栽试验,探讨不同质量分数的八硼酸钠对草莓果实品质产生的影响.结果表明,高水平的硼肥处理反而降低草莓产量及品质,适宜的硼肥施用量能较好地提高草莓的产量及改善草莓果实品质.其中,以质量分数为0.050%硼肥施用量的处理可显著提高“章姬”和“红颜”品种的单果质量、糖酸比、维生素C含量、蛋白含量、花色苷含量及总酚含量.此外,在各处理之间,两个草莓品种的果实色泽参数均高于CK处理,并在质量分数为0.050%处理时达到显著效果,且颜色红于其他处理.因此,不同质量分数处理的八硼酸钠对草莓果实色泽及品质均有一定的促进作用,且以质量分数为0.050%作为影响草莓果实品质的最佳适宜比例,为草莓种植生产提供参考依据.

【Abstract】 This study, Zhangji and Hongyan were used as experimental materials and pot experiments were conducted to explore the effects of different concentrations of sodium ocborate on strawberry fruit quality.The results show that the high level of borax fertilizer treatment decreased the yield and quality of strawberry, and the appropriate amount of borax fertilizer could improve the yield and fruit quality of strawberry.The fruit weight, sugar and acid ratio, vitamin C content, protein content, anthocyanin content and total phenol content of Zhangji and Hongyan varieties were significantly increased by 0.050% borax fertilizer application.In addition, the fruit color parameters of the two strawberry varieties were higher than those of CK treatment, and significant effect was achieved at 0.050% treatment, and the fruit color was redder than other treatments.Therefore, different concentrations of sodium ocborate treatment can promote the color and quality of strawberry fruit to a certain extent, and 0.050%concentration was taken as the optimal concentration affecting the quality of strawberry fruit, to provide reference for strawberry planting and production.
