【摘要】 为考察乡村幼儿教师专业发展现状及需求，本研究选取山东省各地市幼儿园园长及骨干教师进行问卷调查和深度访谈。结果表明：研究对象认为乡村幼儿教师在专业知识和能力方面的欠缺主要体现在教师队伍建设与发展方面的知识、教育科研基本知识、幼儿园管理知识、幼儿保育和教育基本理论知识等，乡村幼儿教师应具备的专业素养主要包括先进的教育理念、卓越的管理能力等，并希望通过实践性较强的方式开展课程开发与建设等方面的培训。地方高校和乡村幼儿园应借助校城融合这一发展机遇，建立协同发展共同体，设置协同育人目标，制定科学评估方案，推进特色项目开展以提升乡村幼儿教师的专业素养。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to investigate rural preschool teachers’ professional development status and needs, this study selects kindergarten principals and key teachers from various cities in Shandong Province for questionnaires and in-depth interviews. Results show that: the lack of professional knowledge and ability of rural preschool teachers is mainly reflected in the knowledge of teacher team construction and development, basic education and scientific research, kindergarten management, basic theories knowledge of early childhood care and education; professional qualities of rural preschool teachers mainly include advanced educational concepts and excellent management abilities, and need practical training in curriculum development and construction; with the development opportunity of School-city Integration, local universities and rural kindergartens should establish a collaborative development community, set collaborative education goals, formulate scientific evaluation plans, and promote characteristic projects to improve professional qualities of teachers.更多还原
