【摘要】 采用访谈法和田野调查法，探索共同富裕示范区建设背景下的湖州市特色家风文化，借助扎根理论凝练湖州市家风文化内涵与特征。研究表明，湖州市安吉县、德清县、长兴县、吴兴区、南浔区的家风最为显著的特色分别为：自强不息、人德家清、耕读传家、仁德为民、孝老爱亲。同时，湖州市家风还在政治、经济、社会发展以及文化教育等方面表现出一系列特征。为促进共同富裕，建议从回归公民主体意识、更新家庭教育理念、树立家风集体意识等方面传承优秀家风。更多还原

【Abstract】 By means of interviews and field investigations, this study explores family tradition culture with Huzhou’s characteristics under the background of constructing common prosperity demonstration zone. It summarizes the connotation and characteristics of the culture with the help of grounded theory. The results show that the most significant characteristics of family tradition in all the counties and districts of Huzhou prefecture include self-discipline, morality and integrity, family prosperity with learning and farming, benevolence, filial piety, and a loving family. At the same time, Huzhou’s family tradition has a series of other characteristics in terms of politics, economy, social development, culture and education. In order to promote common prosperity, it is advisable to pass on the excellent family tradition by returning to citizen subject consciousness, renewing family education idea and establishing family tradition collective consciousness.更多还原
