【摘要】 目的 探究老年慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血浆miR-423-5p、miR-499-5p及miR-210-3p水平与其营养状况和睡眠质量的相关性。方法 采用微型营养评价量表(MNA)与匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评估106例CHF患者营养状况及睡眠质量；将患者按不同MNA、PSQI和心功能分组，比较各组血浆miR-423-5p、miR-499-5p及miR-210-3p水平，并分析其相关性。结果 随着心功能分级的增加，miR-423-5p、miR-499-5p及miR-210-3p水平逐渐增加，MNA评分逐渐减少，PSQI评分逐渐增加。miR-423-5p、miR-499-5p及miR-210-3p水平互呈正相关；miR-423-5p、miR-499-5p及miR-210-3p水平与营养状况呈负相关；miR-423-5p、miR-499-5p与睡眠质量呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 血浆miR-423-5p、miR-499-5p及miR-210-3p水平与CHF患者心力衰竭程度、营养状况和睡眠质量密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To investigate the correlation plasma of miR-423-5p, miR-499-5p and miR-210-3p level with nutritional status and sleep quality in elderly patients with chronic heart failure(CHF). Methods The nutritional status and sleep quality of 106 hospitalized patients with CHF were evaluated by mini-Nutritional Assessment Scale(MNA) and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI). The levels of miR-423-5p, miR-499-5p and miR-210-3p in plasma were detected, and their correlation were analyzed. Results With the increase of cardiac function grade, the plasma levels of miR-423-5p, miR-499-5p and miR-210-3p gradually increased, the MNA score gradually decreased, and the PSQI score gradually increased. The levels of miR-423-5p, miR-499-5p and miR-210-3p were positively correlated with each other; The levels of miR-423-5p, miR-499-5p, miR-210-3p were negatively correlated with their nutritional status; miR-423-5p, miR-499-5p were positively correlated with sleep quality(P<0.05). Conclusion Plasma levels of miR-423-5p, miR-499-5p and miR-210-3p are closely related to the degree of heart failure, nutritional status and sleep quality of CHF patients.更多还原
