m6A甲基化修饰与泌尿系统肿瘤关系的研究进展
Role of M6A methylation modification in urinary tumors
【摘要】 RNA N6-甲基腺嘌呤(m6A)甲基化修饰是广泛存在于真核生物中的一种动态可逆的化学修饰,受到甲基转移酶和去甲基化酶的调控,并被m6A结合蛋白识别加工,进而调节RNA的剪切、出核、稳定性以及翻译过程等。在细胞癌变的过程中,m6A修饰可以通过调控肿瘤相关基因的转录后表达来影响多种肿瘤的增殖、浸润和转移等过程,进而调控肿瘤的发生发展。本文就参与m6A甲基化修饰的3种蛋白、m6A甲基化修饰与多种泌尿系统肿瘤关系的研究进展做一综述。
【Abstract】 RNA N6-methyladenine(m6 A) methylation is a dynamic and reversible chemical modification widely found in eukaryotes. It is regulated by methyltransferase and demethylase, and is recognized and processed by m6 A binding proteins to regulate RNA shearing, nucleation, stability and translation. In the process of cancer cells, m6 A decorate can control tumor related gene transcription after expression to influence a wide variety of tumor proliferation, infiltration and metastasis process etc, and then regulate the occurrence of tumor development. This article reviews the research progress on relationship of three proteins participating in m6 A methylation modification and m6 A methylation modification with a variety of urinary system tumors.
