糖尿病血管重构机制及其药物防治的研究进展
Research progress of vascular remodeling mechanism and drug prevention in diabetes mellitus
【摘要】 糖尿病是以高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病,糖尿病相关的代谢异常可引起一系列血管并发症,是糖尿病患者死亡的主要原因。糖尿病诱导的血管重构和功能异常是糖尿病血管并发症的主要原因。糖尿病治疗药物二甲双胍、钠-葡萄糖协同转运蛋白2抑制剂、胰高血糖素样肽1受体激动剂、二肽基肽酶4抑制剂以及天然产物和传统中药均可改善血管重构和功能异常,并显著降低糖尿病患者的死亡率。本文对糖尿病血管重构、血管功能障碍的病理机制以及药物疗法的研究进行综述。
【Abstract】 Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disease characterized by hyperglycemia.Diabetes-related metabolicabnormalities can lead to a series of vascular complications, which are the main cause of death in patients with diabetes.Vascular remodeling and dysfunction induced by diabetes are the main causes of diabetic vascular complications.Met-formin, sodium-glucose cotransporter type 2 inhibitor, glucagon-like peptide 1 receptor agonist, dipeptidyl peptidase 4 in-hibitor, and natural products and traditional Chinese medicine improve vascular remodeling and dysfunction, and signifi-cantly reduce mortality in patients with diabetes.In this review, emerging and latest pathobiological mechanisms andpharmacological targets and treatments for diabetic vascular remodeling and vascular dysfunction are discussed.
