苯甲酸酯类紫外吸收剂的合成及性能

【摘要】 设计并合成了5种取代苯甲酸(2-氧代环戊基)酯3a~3e。采用1H NMR、13C NMR、FT-IR和HRMS等分析手段对所合成的化合物结构进行了表征,考察了它们的紫外吸收特性及光稳定性。结果表明:化合物3a、3c、3d和3e对短波紫外线(UVC)具有较好的吸收性能,其中,化合物3d对UVC的摩尔吸光系数最高为21 540 L·mol-1·cm-1,4种化合物在此区域的光稳定顺序为:3c>3d>3e>3a;化合物3b、3c和3d具备中波紫外线UVB和长波紫外线UVA的吸收性能,化合物3c显示了较对照品更佳的吸收性能,其摩尔吸光系数最高为19 600 L·mol-1·cm-1,3种化合物在此区域的光稳定顺序为:3b>3c>3d。

【Abstract】 Five kinds of substituted benzoic acid(2-oxocyclopentyl)esters 3 a~3 e were designed and synthesized.The structures of the synthesized compounds were characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR,FT-IR and HRMS.Their UV absorption characteristics and photostability were investigated.The results showed that compounds 3 a, 3 c, 3 d and 3 e were sensitive to short wave UV(UVC),the molar absorption coefficient of compound 3 d to UVC was up to 21 540 L·mol-1·cm-1,the order of photostability of the four compounds in this region was 3 c>3 d>3 e>3 a.Compounds 3 b, 3 c and 3 d had the absorption properties of UVB and UVA,the photostability order of the three compounds in this region was 3 b>3 c>3 d.Among the three compounds, 3 C showed better absorption properties than the control, its molar absorption coefficient was 19 600 L·mol-1·cm-1.
