【摘要】 手印是案件现场中常见且重要的痕迹物证，近年来DNA则因其高度的个体差异性逐渐成为“新一代证据之王”,但二者均为人身同一认定的重要依据。尤其是在手印上常留有接触DNA,在用各类手印显现技术提取手印的同时应如何兼顾DNA的提取，成为当下法庭科学需要研究的热点问题。本综述根据显现原理的不同，分别讨论、比较和总结了物理方法、化学方法、物理化学方法和潜血手印显现方法对手印DNA分析的影响，分析了影响手印DNA分析的客观因素和主观因素，并对手印显现技术对DNA影响方面的研究提出一些展望，以期为一线现场勘查人员的实战及手印和DNA的研究提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Fingerprints are common and important trace evidence in the crime scene, and DNA is recently becoming the "king of evidence of a new generation" due to its great individual differences.Both fingerprints and DNA are important for personal identification.Particularly, fingerprints are often attached with touch DNA,thus comprehensively considering the extraction of DNA with fingerprints using various latent fingerprints development methods has become a focus issue in the field of forensic sciences.According to different principles of latent fingerprints development methods, this review discussed, compared and summarized the influences of physical methods, chemical methods, physico-chemical methods and blood fingerprints development methods on DNA analysis.The objective and subjective factors that affect DNA analysis were analyzed, and the prospects for the influences of development methods on DNA were also proposed.Expectantly, this review could provide efficient reference for both the investigation of crime scene and the study of fingerprints with DNA.更多还原
