茂金属聚丙烯催化体系研究新进展
Recent Advances in Metallocene Catalysts for Propylene Polymerization
【摘要】 聚丙烯具有良好的耐热性能、力学性能和化学稳定性,广泛应用于医疗卫生、食品包装和汽车部件等领域。茂金属催化体系可以通过调节茂金属配体结构精确控制聚合物微观结构,推动了传统催化体系无法实现的独特窄相对分子质量分布、高规整度等规和间规聚丙烯等产品的发展。从催化剂结构调控聚丙烯性能的角度,综述了近年来等规、间规、无规、齐聚聚丙烯、二元催化体系及添加剂的影响等茂金属聚丙烯催化体系新进展,对国内茂金属聚丙烯产品的工业开发应用前景进行了展望。
【Abstract】 Polypropylene is widely used in medical and health services, food packaging and automotive parts due to its outstanding thermal and mechanical properties and chemical stability. Metallocene catalytic systems can precisely control polymer microstructures via well-defined structures of ligands, which promote the evolution of high isotactic and syndiotactic propylene polymers with unique narrow molecular weight distributions that cannot be obtained by the traditional systems. Previous developments in metallocene catalysts for propylene polymerization in last 5 years, ranging from isotactic, syndiotactic and atactic polypropylene, propylene oligomerization, binary catalytic systems to additives affects, are highlighted in regard to the fine tuning of polypropylene properties by metallocene catalyst structures. A brief outlook on the challenges for industrial application of polypropylenes in domestic markets is provided.
