电厂锅炉风机轴承座振动异常分析及处理
Analysis and Treatment of Abnormal Vibration of Bearing Pedestal of Boiler Fan in Power Plant
【摘要】 锅炉风机是火力发电厂重要的旋转机械设备之一,轴承座振动异常是风机的常见故障。分析了轴承座振动异常的常见原因,结合几起现场振动异常治理实例,发现可通过外特性试验、频谱测试等试验手段诊断问题,采取动平衡配重、更换滚动轴承等措施进行针对性处理后,轴承座振动位移均<50μm,振动速度均<2.7 mm/s,能有效解决锅炉风机轴承座振动超标问题,提出的诊断方法减少了振动异常的分析处理时间,节约了人力物力,效果良好,保证了电厂设备的节能安全稳定运行,对类似故障的分析处理有借鉴意义。
【Abstract】 Boiler fan is one of the important rotating mechanical equipment in thermal power plant. Abnormal vibration of bearing pedestal is a common fault of fan. The common causes of abnormal vibration of bearing pedestal are analyzed.Combined with several examples of abnormal vibration treatment on site, it is found that the problems can be diagnosed by means of external characteristic test, spectrum test and other test methods. After targeted treatment by taking measures such as dynamic balance counterweight and replacement of rolling bearing, the vibration displacement of bearing pedestal is less than50 μm. The vibration speed is less than 2.7 mm/s, which can effectively solve the problem of excessive vibration of boiler fan bearing pedestal. The proposed diagnosis method reduces the analysis and treatment time of vibration abnormalities, saves human and material resources, and has good effect, which ensures the energy-saving, safe and stable operation of power plant equipment, and has reference significance for the analysis and treatment of similar faults.
