醇类助磨剂对水泥强度影响的试验研究
Experimental study on the effect of alcohol grinding aids on cement strength
【摘要】 以甲醇、乙醇、乙二醇、异丙醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、正丁醇等几种羟基化合物作为水泥助磨剂,对其掺量在0.01%~0.04%下时对水泥强度的影响进行了试验研究。结果表明,助磨剂中的碳链长短、羟基数量等都对水泥强度有着显著的影响。相同掺量下,当碳链长度为2时,除28d抗压强度外,各龄期抗折抗压强度均随着羟基助磨剂掺量的增加而呈现下降趋势,当碳链长度为3时,0.02%掺量下,随着官能团数量的增加,水泥3d抗折强度呈现“U”型增长,7d和28d抗折强度呈现倒“U”型降低;0.04%掺量下,随着官能团数量的增加,水泥3d、7d抗折强度,3d抗压强度呈现“U”型增长,7d和28d抗折强度均随着羟基官能团的增加而降低。
【Abstract】 Taking methanol, ethanol, ethylene glycol, isopropanol, propylene glycol, glycerol, n-butanol and other hydroxyl compounds as cement grinding aids, the effect of their content on cement strength at 0.01%~0.04%was experimentally studied. The results showed that the length of carbon chain and the number of hydroxyl groups in grinding aids have a significant effect on the strength of cement. At the same content, when the carbon chain length is 2, the flexural compressive strength of each age decreases with the increase of the content of hydroxyl grinding aid except the 28d compressive strength. When the carbon chain length is 3, at the content of 0.02%, the flexural strength of cement increases in “U”shape with the increase of the number of functional groups, and decreases in“U”shape at 7d and 28d; At 0.04%, with the increase of the number of functional groups, the 3d and 7d flexural strength and 3d compressive strength of cement increased in a “U”shape, and the 7d and 28d flexural strength decreased with the increase of hydroxyl functional groups.
