利用顶空气相色谱方法检测环境中的挥发性有机物

【摘要】 针对化工生产区土壤挥发有机物检测样品处理困难、检测结果易受干扰的问题,提出采用顶空气相色谱法对土壤挥发性有机物的分析检测。设定顶空平衡温度45℃,顶空平衡时间10min,修正液加入量5mL,土壤挥发份有机物加标回收率74.36%~116.36%,检出限范围0.56~2.04μg·kg-1,测定下限2.26%~8.16%,检测结果远远优于国家标准要求,且检测方法操作简便、可行性强,能够有效避免VOCs挥发损失,保证分析灵敏度,为化工生产区土壤污染监测和污染防治提供有力的技术支撑。

【Abstract】 Due to the characteristics of production process,a large number of volatile organic compounds are produced in chemical production areas with wastewater and waste discharged into the natural environment,causing human carcinogenesis and teratogenicity.The analysis and detection of soil volatile organic compounds by headspace gas chromatography was proposed in view of the difficulty of sample treatment and the interference of the test results.The headspace equilibrium temperature was set at 45℃,the headspace equilibrium time was 10min,the amount of correction solution was 5mL,the recovery rate of soil volatile organic compounds was 74.36%~116.36%,the detection limit was 0.56~2.04μg·kg-1,the lower limit was 2.26%~8.16%,the test result is far better than the national standard,and the test method is simple and feasible,which can effectively avoid the loss of VOCs volatilization,ensure the sensitivity of analysis,and provide strong technical support for the monitoring and prevention of soil pollution in the region.
