【摘要】 介绍绿茶中毒死蜱和唑虫酰胺基体标准物质制备过程。在茶树上喷洒毒死蜱和唑虫酰胺农药，鲜叶经采青、萎凋、杀青、揉捻、干燥等步骤后制成绿茶，然后粉碎混匀，得到绿茶中毒死蜱和唑虫酰胺基体标准物质。均匀性、稳定性检验结果表明该标准物质的均匀性、稳定性均满足要求。经8家实验室联合定值，毒死蜱的标准值为0.295 mg/kg，扩展不确定度为0.027(置信区间为95%，k=2)；唑虫酰胺的标准值为0.373 mg/kg，扩展不确定度为0.023(置信区间为95%，k=2)。该绿茶中毒死蜱和唑虫酰胺满足基体标准物质的要求，可用于绿茶检测的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 The process of preparation of matrix standard material of chlorpyrifos and tolfenpyrad in green tea was introduced.After spraying chlorpyrifos and tolfenpyrad pesticides on tea trees,fresh leaves were made into green tea by harvesting,withering,fixation,rolling,drying.Green tea was crushed and mixed to obtain green tea chlorpyrifos and tolfenpyrad matrix standard material.The standard material had good homogeneity and stability,the standard value of chlorpyrifos was 0.295 mg/kg and the expanded uncertainty was 0.027,the standard value of tolfenpyrad was 0.373mg/kg and the expanded uncertainty was 0.023 determined by 8 laboratories (the confidence interval was 95%,k=2).The chlorpyrifos and oxazolamide in green tea can meet the requirements of matrix reference materials and can be used for quality control of green tea.更多还原
