工科人才校企一体化培养的实践教学体系探索与实践——以电气信息类专业为例

【摘要】 以人工智能技术为代表的新一代信息技术革命引领产业结构发生根本性变革,高等教育供给的结构性矛盾日益突出.我国工科人才培养表现出“供给过剩”与“供给短缺”并存、培养规格与需求结构不匹配以及培养主体与使用主体相互脱节等问题.本科高校工科实践教学体系与真实工程实践脱钩是工科人才培养与市场脱节的主要原因之一.开展以应用型人才培养为导向,以学生工程能力培养为目标,以项目化教学为抓手,以工程应用研究及成果转化为突破,以顶岗实习为纽带的实践教学改革,建立校企一体化培养高质量工科人才的实践体系,是地方应用型本科高校培养高质量工科人才,化解工科人才供需矛盾的有效途径.

【Abstract】 The new generation of information technology revolution represented by artificial intelligence technology has led to fundamental changes in the industrial structure,and the structural contradiction of higher education supply has become increasingly prominent. The cultivation of engineering talents in China has shown such problems as the coexistence of“excess supply”and“shortage supply”,the mismatch between the training specifications and the demand structure,as well as the disconnection between the training subject and the user. The decoupling between engineering practice teaching system and real engineering practice in undergraduate colleges is one of the main reasons for the disconnection between engineering talent training and the market. It is an effective way for local application-oriented undergraduate universities to cultivate high-quality engineering talents and resolve the contradiction between supply and demand of engineering talents by carrying out practical teaching reform guided by the cultivation of application-oriented talents,aiming at the cultivation of students’ engineering ability, starting with project-based teaching, transforming engineering application research and achievements into breakthroughs,and linking post practice.
