【摘要】 习近平法治思想是一个内容丰富、系统完备、逻辑严密的科学理论体系，是顺应中华民族伟大复兴时代要求形成的重大理论创新成果。作为实现中华民族伟大复兴事业接班人和践行者的大学生群体，他们肩负着实现伟大中国梦的历史重任，面对国内外错综复杂的局势，青年大学生既要树立正确的人生观和价值观迎接各种考验，更要坚持用马克思主义的基本立场、观点和方法认识世界、改造世界。习近平法治思想作为马克思主义法治理论中国化的最新成果，立足于中国法治建设实践，引领未来中国的复兴法治发展。在中国特色社会主义法治理论创新的过程中，习近平法治思想也为高校思政课程体系建设指明了方向，高屋建瓴式地对未来高校思政课程改革提出了新要求，对思政教育改革赋予了新的时代使命。对此，在推动新一轮思政课程改革的过程中，我们应将习近平法治思想贯穿于思政教学的全过程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law is a scientific theoretical system with rich content, complete system and strict logic, which is a major theoretical innovation formed in response to the requirements of the era of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. As the successors and practitioners of the cause of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, college students are responsible for the historical responsibility of realizing the great Chinese dream. In the face of the complicated situation at home and abroad, young college students should not only establish the correct outlook on life and values to meet various tests, but also adhere to the basic positions, views and methods of Marxism to understand and transform the world. Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law, as the latest achievement of the sinicization of Marxist theory on the rule of law, is based on the practice of Chinese rule of law construction and leads the future development of China’s revival of the rule of law. In the process of innovation of socialist theory of rule of law with Chinese characteristics, Xi Jinping Thought on Rule of Law also points out the direction for the construction of Civics course system in colleges and universities, puts forward new requirements for the future Civics course reform in colleges and universities at a high level, and gives a new mission of the times to Civics education reform.
