基于光纤免疫传感器的壬基酚快速检测方法
Rapid Detection of Nonylphenol Based on Optical Fiber Immunosensor
【摘要】 壬基酚(NP)作为一种内分泌干扰物,越来越受到人们的关注。基于倏逝波光纤免疫传感器,利用间接竞争免疫反应原理,建立了一种NP的快速检测方法。通过对预反应时间、进样时间及抗体质量浓度等反应条件进行优化,提高了检测方法的灵敏度。结果表明,检测标准曲线符合Logistic模型,NP的定量检测区间为41.7~487μg/L,检出限为20μg/L,检测方法的半抑制质量浓度(IC50值)为143μg/L。利用建立的检测方法对实际水样进行加标回收实验,回收率为86%~114%,表明该方法可用于较清洁水样中NP的快速检测。
【Abstract】 As a kind of environmental endocrine disruptors, nonylphenol received a wide attention around the world. A rapid detection method for NP was developed based on the evanescent wave optical fiber immunosensor and the principle of indirect competitive immune response. The sensitivity of the detection method was improved by optimizing the pre reaction time, injection time and antibody mess concentration. The results showed that the detection standard curve conformed to the Logistic model, and the quantitative detection range of nonylphenol was 41.7~487 μg/L. The detection limit was 20 μg/L, and the 50% inhibitory concentration(IC50) value of the detection method was 143 μg/L. The established detection method was used to test the recovery of actual water samples, and the recovery rate was between 86% and 114%, indicating that the method can be used for the detection of nonylphenol in cleaner water samples.
