美军卫星网络网电对抗能力发展分析

【摘要】 针对美军持续发展卫星网络网电对抗能力的现实形势和潜在威胁,首先,根据美卫星网络网电对抗能力的有关计划和项目,分析了美卫星网络的空间目标监视、电磁干扰、网络攻击、激光微波等定向能攻击、空间操控等软杀伤手段;然后,从攻击能力发展现状和攻击效果角度,分析了不同杀伤手段的运用场景和原则;最后,对美卫星网络安全防护主要发展趋势进行了研判,分析了对发展防护能力的启示。可对卫星网络安全防护建设发展提供一定的借鉴参考。

【Abstract】 The US military has developed cyberspace countermeasures of satellite network. And the actual situation and potential threats of cyberspace and electronic warfare should be investigated. Firstly,the existing attack means,including the space target surveillance,electromagnetic interference,cyberspace attack,directed energy attacks like high-energy laser and high-power microwave,and other soft-kill methods like space manipulation are analyzed according to the related US cyberspace countermeasures plans and projects. Then,from the perspective of the development status of attack capabilities and effects,the application scenarios and principles of different attack methods are discussed. Finally,the trends of security protection in US satellite network are judged,and the development enlightenment of protection ability is analyzed. So it can provide some reference for the development of satellite network security protection construction.
