【摘要】 静脉内平滑肌瘤病(IVL)属于良性平滑肌瘤的一个罕见亚型，组织病理学表现为良性，但生长方式类似恶性肿瘤，具有浸润性和转移性。IVL起源于子宫，以肿块的方式在微静脉内生长并能延伸到下腔静脉、右心房和肺动脉。对于IVL早期诊断和外科治疗非常重要，不仅可引起心脏的症状而且因为它能导致肺栓塞和猝死。完整切除肿瘤可治愈但具有复发倾向，影像学检查是术前早期诊断、术后评估IVL最有效的无创性方法。本研究报道这例患者以子宫内静脉平滑肌瘤病累及下腔静脉、右心房，通过分析临床治疗情况，探讨影像学检查在疾病早期诊断中的重要性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Uterine intravenous leiomyomatosis is an uncommon leiomyoma, but its growth pattern is similar to malignant tumor, with invasion and metastasis. It arise from the uterus, with nodular masses which extend intravascularly over variable distances and may reach the inferior vena cava, right atrium, and pulmonary arteries. Early diagnosis and surgical intervention are crucial as intracardiac leiomyomatosis. Complete tumor resection is key in disease management. Uterine intravenous leiomyomatosis can be cured, but tends to recur. The imaging examination is the most effective and noninvasive method for early preoperative diagnosis and postoperative evaluation of IVL. We report the case of uterine leiomyomatosis with intracardiac extension, analyze clinical management, highlight the role of imaging during the early diagnosis of disease.更多还原
