【摘要】 体育智库建设是推进新时代国家体育事业现代化发展的重要基石，是2035年实现把我国建设成为体育强国的重要保障，是确保体育事业成为中华民族伟大复兴标志性事业的思想指引与实践支点。采用文献资料、历史溯源和数理统计等研究方法，对十八大以来，在习近平智库观引领下，我国体育智库的研究发展进行梳理，分析取得的成效、存在的问题，并提出发展思考。在思想方面：智库建设已成为新时代习近平治国理政思想与实践的重要内涵与手段，同时，突出新型、高端与中国特色的智库建设方向，推进体制内、高校与社会的协同发展。在此指引下，我国体育智库研究进入高速发展时期，在发展方向、内涵建设、实践道路等领域不断涌现研究成果，对助力我国体育智库建设提供了有益的理论参考与实践建议。但中国体育智库研究中仍然存在一些不足，主要有：研究数量偏少；研究质量亟待提高；研究视野狭窄、深度不足；比较与借鉴研究不够完善。并提出在“十四五”时期体育智库发展建设的思考：我国体育智库研究应在助力体育学科发展、突出服务人民、深化人才培养、加强开放交流等方面进行深入研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of sports think tanks is an important cornerstone to promote the modernization of national sports in the new era, an important guarantee to build China into a sports power in 2035, and an ideological guidance and practical fulcrum to ensure that sports has become a landmark cause of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. By using the methods of literature, historical tracing and data analysis, this paper sorts out the research and development of China’s sports think tanks after eighteen years of thinking under the guidance of Xi Jinping think tank, analyzes the achievements and existing problems, and puts forward some suggestions for development. In terms of mind: the construction of think tanks has become an important connotations and means of Xi Jinping’s governing thought and practice in the new era. At the same time, he stressed the direction of building new, high end and China’s think tanks, and promoted the coordinated development of the system, universities and the society. Under this guidance, the research of China’s sports think tanks has entered a period of rapid development, and research results continue to emerge in the fields of development direction, connotation construction and practice path, which provides useful theoretical reference and practical suggestions for helping the construction of China’s sports think tanks. However, there are still some deficiencies in the research of Chinese sports think tanks, mainly including: 1) the number of research is too small; 2) The research quality needs to be improved urgently; 3) Narrow field of vision and insufficient depth; 4) The comparative and reference research is not perfect. This paper puts forward some thoughts on the development and construction of sports think tanks during the 14 th Five Year Plan Period: the research of sports think tanks in China should carry out in-depth research in helping the development of sports disciplines, highlighting serving the people, deepening talent training and strengthening open exchanges.更多还原
