【摘要】 《伤寒论》作为中医四大经典,对中医诊断与治疗的贡献不仅仅局限于六经辨证,根据《伤寒论》原文与体例分析其诊治体系,《伤寒论》并非独论辨证论治,而所论述的是一种由“辨病、辨证、辨症”三个层面内容的诊断体系及“类方、方、药”三个层面内容的论治体系相复合的诊治体系,其中“辨病”为诊断之先要,“辨证”则是基于“辨病”的分化诊断,也相对独立的构建与丰富了诊断体系,“辨症”则是“辨病”与“辨证”的基础与补充,并由此三层面诊断体系又衍生而分论所对应的“类方、方、药”的论治体系,故以此小议,以期有资于同道。更多还原

【Abstract】 As one of the four classics of traditional Chinese medicine, the contribution of treatise onShanghan Lunto the diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is not limited to the syndrome differentiation of six meridians. According to the original text and style of treatise onShanghan Lun, this paper analyzes its diagnosis and treatment system. Treatise onShanghan Lundoes not focus solely on syndrome differentiation and treatment, but discusses a diagnosis and treatment system composed of three levels of “disease differentiation, syndrome differentiation and symptom differentiation” and three levels of “similar prescriptions, prescriptions and medicine”. Among them, “disease differentiation” is the first step of diagnosis, and “syndrome differentiation” is the differentiation diagnosis based on “disease differentiation”, It also relatively independently constructs and enriches the diagnosis system． “Symptom differentiation” is the basis and supplement of “disease differentiation” and “syndrome differentiation”.
