【摘要】 目的 建立荷叶有效基准特征图谱质量表征模式和方法，以精准、有效地评价荷叶饮片质量。方法 以确定具有降血糖作用的荷叶饮片作为饮片基准，以有效特征指标性成分荷叶碱作为质量表征基准点，采用高效液相色谱-二极管矩阵检测器建立其有效基准特征图谱，以基于对照品模拟基准点的有效基准特征图谱质量表征信息作为评价荷叶饮片的质量标尺，并佐证其准确性，同时对其进行质量评价应用、验证。结果 以荷叶饮片（S1，饮片基准）中荷叶碱作为质量表征基准点（保留时间：43.293分钟，检测溶液中含量：0.084 mg/mL），并以荷叶碱对照品准确模拟其基准点，对荷叶有效饮片（基准）进行质量表征，并佐证了检测方法的可行性及检测结果的准确性。基于荷叶碱对照品模拟基准点得到的荷叶有效基准特征图谱质量表征信息（质量标尺）为：11个共有特征峰的相对保留时间、相对峰面积；5个特征代表性成分金丝桃苷、异槲皮苷、O-去甲荷叶碱、紫云英苷、荷叶碱的相对含量、含量换算系数；涵盖了荷叶药学架构中主要化学类型：黄酮类、生物碱类。采用所构建的荷叶质量评价模式及其质量基准标尺对14批荷叶饮片的质量进行评价：S14、S4、S9、S13、S8、S11、S7、S6优良度居前；且基于换算系数得到的5个特征代表性成分的含量值均与实测值基本一致。结论 所构建的荷叶有效基准特征图谱质量表征模式和方法可以整体并准确地表征荷叶饮片质量，且可应用于荷叶饮片质量精准、有效、简易评价。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The quality characterization method of Nelumbo nucifera was established in this paper,to accurately and conveniently characterize the quality of Nelumbo nucifera slices.And the quality evaluation model of Nelumbo nucifera slices was established to precisely and effectively evaluate the quality of Nelumbo nucifera slices.Methods Select the verified Nelumbo nucifera slices with Hypoglycemic effect as an effective benchmark slices,choose effective characteristic indexes as quality characterization of reference point,and with its reference substance simulating quality characterization of reference point,introduce HPLC-PDA to establish effective and normative characteristic print,and take its quality information as the benchmark to build the quality assessment method.Results The effective Nelumbo nucifera slices(number 1) as a benchmark,with its characteristic chemical constituent nuciferine as the quality characteristic point(nuciferine retention time was 43.293 min,and the concentration was 0.084 mg/mL) in solution.The retention time,the relative retention time and peak area and relative peak area;the contents,relative contents and conversion coefficients of five characteristic index components,including hypericin,isoquercitrin,O-detoxifoline,astragalin and nuciferine could be determined in the effective and normative characteristic print,and the calculated contents of the five index components were according with the measured values.The main chemical type is also covered in the print.And with the established evaluation model,the number 14,4,9,13,8,11,7,6 are more excellent in the other 14 batches of the Nelumbo nucifera slices.Conclusion The quality characterization method of the established effective benchmark characteristic map of Nelumbo nucifera can be used for the quality characterization of Nelumbo nucifera slices.And it can be used to evaluate the quality of Nelumbo nucifera slices accurately and effectively.更多还原
