【摘要】 目的：观察补肾健骨汤治疗骨质疏松伴2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法：选取2018年1月至2020年12月在重庆市南岸区中医院治疗的骨质疏松伴2型糖尿病患者180例为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各90例。对照组采用骨化三醇胶丸治疗，观察组采用补肾健骨汤治疗，两组患者均连续治疗6个月，观察两组患者临床疗效及相关指标变化情况。结果：对照组有效率为87.78%,观察组有效率为97.78%,两组有效率比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、血红蛋白水平均较治疗前下降，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且组间比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均较治疗前下降，高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平较治疗前升高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且组间比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后骨钙素、C-末端I型胶原交联端肽β特殊序列、N-末端I型胶原延伸肽水平均较治疗前降低，25-羟基维生素D水平较治疗前升高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且组间比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：补肾健骨汤治疗骨质疏松伴2型糖尿病，可改善患者血糖、血脂、骨代谢水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Kidney-Nourishing and Bone-Strengthening Decoction on Osteoporosis combined with diabetes Ⅱ.Methods: A total of 180 patients with osteoporosis combined with diabetes Ⅱ who were treated in Chongqing Nan′an District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 90 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Calcitriol Capsules, while the observation group was treated with Kidney-Nourishing and Bone-Strengthening Decoction.The patients in both groups were treated for 6 months.The clinical efficacy and changes of relevant indexes of the two groups were observed.Results: The effective rate was 87.78% in the control group and 97.78% in the observation group which was higher than that of the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The levels of fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose and hemoglobin in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was also significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The levels of total cholesterol and triglyceride density in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, while HDL cholesterol level was higher than that before treatment,,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was also significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of osteocalcin, C-terminal type I collagen cross-linked terminal peptide β special sequence and N-terminal type I collagen elongation peptide in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, while the level of 25 hydroxyvitamin D was higher than that before treatment, and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was also significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: Kidney-Nourishing and Bone-Strengthening Decoction can improve blood glucose, blood lipid and bone metabolism in patients with osteoporosis combined with diabetes Ⅱ.更多还原
