【摘要】 目的：基于R语言，对现代文献库中中药治疗小儿肺炎的方剂进行数据挖掘，分析中药治疗小儿肺炎的用药规律。方法：通过检索中国知网、维普资讯、万方医学数据库，筛选2010年1月至2021年8月所有中药治疗小儿肺炎的非重复的经验选方，使用Excel整理各味中药的功效、药性、归经，采用R语言对中药进行频次分析、关联规则分析、聚类分析。结果：筛选方剂164首，涉及中药189味，使用频次前10位的药物为甘草、苦杏仁、麻黄、黄芩、石膏、半夏、桔梗、陈皮、鱼腥草、桑白皮，功效以化痰、止咳、平喘、清热为主，药物性味以寒、温，苦、甘为主，关联分析获得以麻黄、石膏、苦杏仁为核心的药对组合，聚类分析获得功效分别为止咳平喘、健脾益气等7个药物组合。结论：临床治疗小儿肺炎治法以化痰止咳平喘兼清热为主，方法以治痰治热为主，以治肺为关键、兼顾脾胃和肝，组方以清热化痰、止咳平喘为主。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Based on the R language, data mining was carried out on the prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine in the modern literature database for the treatment of infantile pneumonia, and the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of infantile pneumonia were analyzed.METHODS:By searching CNKI,VIP,and Wanfang Chinese literature database, the non-repetitive empirical selection of all Chinese medicines for treating infantile pneumonia from 2010 to 2021 was screened.Language frequency analysis, association rule analysis and cluster analysis of traditional Chinese medicine.Results: 164 prescriptions were screened, involving 189 traditional Chinese medicines.The top 10 drugs used were Gancao(licorice),Kuxingren(bitter almond),Mahuang(ephedra),Huangqin(scutellaria baicalensis),Shigao(gypsum),Banxia(pinellia),Jiegeng(platycodon),Chenpi(tangerine peel),Yuxingcao(houttuynia cordata) and Sangbaipi(mulberry cortex).They function mainly in relieving cough, relieving asthma and clearing Heat.The properties and flavors of the drugs are mainly bitter, sweet as well as cold and warm.Correlation analysis obtained the combination of ephedra, gypsum, and bitter almond as the core drugs, and cluster analysis obtained 7 drug combinations with the efficacy of relieving cough, relieving asthma and tonifying Spleen and Qi, respectively.Conclusion: The clinical treatment of infantile pneumonia is mainly to resolve phlegm, relieve cough and relieve asthma and clear heat.The method is mainly to treat phlegm and heat, treat lung as the key, and take into account the spleen, stomach and liver.更多还原
