【Abstract】 Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG) is recognized as a precancerous lesion, and "inflammation-cancer transformation" is the basic way of transforming CAG into gastric cancer.Xuanfu is the microscopic structure with Qi and liquid flowing and widely distributed throughout the body; and Xuanfu depression is an important pathological change leading to the malignant transformation of chronic atrophic gastritis.Therefore, opening Xuanfu is the basic treatment to prevent the transformation.According to the different etiology and pathogenesis of Xuanfu occlusion, the specific treatment of Xuanfu can be divided into regulating Qi to open Xuanfu, removing Dampness to open Xuanfu, activating blood circulation to open Xuanfu, supplementing Qi to open Xuanfu and nourishing Yin to open Xuanfu.更多还原
