【Abstract】 Through the review of pharmacological action and molecular mechanism of Prunella Vulgaris L.and its active components, the research progress of its modernization was summarized. At present, the pharmacological effects of Prunella vulgaris L. are mainly concentrated in the research fields of anti-virus, anti-inflammation,anti-cancer, liver protection, regulation of blood pressure, regulation of metabolism, etc., the relevant molecular mechanisms are mainly embodied in the following aspects: blocking the transmission route, regulating the cytokines, regulating the signal pathway, improving the metabolic disorder, and affecting the formation of cell matrix, the effective chemical constituents mainly include total flavonoids, total phenols, terpenoids and polysaccharides.更多还原
