【摘要】 目的 评价原位骨环技术在下颌前牙区种植修复中的临床效果。方法 选取2019年6月至2020年12月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的20例下颌前牙区牙槽骨宽度不足需行植骨术的患者作为研究对象，根据术前CBCT分为对照组和观察组，各10例。观察组接受原位骨环技术，对照组接受下颌磨牙后区取骨术。分别于植骨术前、术后即刻和术后6个月拍摄CBCT并测量牙槽骨宽度。使用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评估患者术后疼痛度和满意度。植骨术后6个月种植，种植术后4个月修复。共有24颗种植体顺利完成种植修复。结果 与术前相比，观察组和对照组术后即刻以及术后6个月的牙槽骨宽度均增加(P<0.05),两组牙槽骨宽度增加量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者植骨术后疼痛度和满意度VAS评分比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对于下颌前牙区牙槽骨缺损患者，原位骨环技术能获得良好的骨增量效果，同时能减轻手术创伤，并减少术后并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of in-situ bone ring technique in implant restoration of mandibular anterior teeth region.Methods A total of 20 patients with horizontal bone defect at the mandibular anterior teeth who needed bone grafting in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from June 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects. According to preoperative CBCT, they were divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was treated with in-situ bone ring technique, and the control group received bone blocks from posterior region of mandibular molars. CBCT was used to measure the alveolar bone width of two groups at pre-operation, immediately post-operation and six months post-operation. Additionally, the visual analogue scale(VAS) was used to evaluate pain and satisfaction. The implants were placed after six months of the bone graft, and the implant restoration was delivered four months later. There were 24 implants were successfully placed and restored.Results Compared with pre-operation, alveolar bone width increased at immediately post-operation and six months post-operation in both groups(P<0.05). There was no statistical difference in the increment of alveolar bone width between two groups(P>0.05). The VAS scores for postoperative pain and satisfaction showed statistical differences between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with alveolar defect in mandibular anterior teeth region, good clinical outcomes can be achieved when using in-situ bone ring technique. At the same time, it can reduce the surgical trauma and reduce the postoperative complications.更多还原
