【摘要】 目的 评估脑卒中患者锻炼行为感知水平，并分析其影响因素。方法 选取2022-02—2022-07于安阳市某3所三级医院的463例住院脑卒中患者为研究对象。选择一般资料调查表、锻炼益处与障碍量表、中文版康复自我效能量表及社会支持评定量表共4个量表进行调查分析。结果 463例脑卒中患者锻炼益处及障碍量表得分为(125.53±11.80)分，锻炼行为感知与康复自我效能和社会支持均呈正相关(r=0.814,P<0.01;r=0.203,P<0.01)。多元线性回归分析结果发现，合并慢性病数量、感觉障碍和康复自我效能3个变量是脑卒中患者锻炼行为感知的影响因素。结论 住院脑卒中患者锻炼行为感知水平有待提高，加强对脑卒中患者及其家属的运动锻炼教育和科学指导，帮助患者进行慢性病健康管理，提高康复自我效能，加强疾病症状管理，有利于改善其对锻炼行为的感知。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the level of exercise perception behavior in stroke patients and analyze its influencing factors.Methods Using a convenience sampling method,463 hospitalized stroke patients from 3tertiary hospitals in Anyang city from February 2022 to July 2022 were selected as participants.The general information questionnaire,Exercise Benefit/Barriers Scale,the Chinese version of Stroke Self-Efficacy Questionnaire and Scale and Social Support Rating Scale were used for investigation.Results The score of exercise benefit and obstacle scale in 463 stroke patients was(125.53±11.80).There was a positive correlation between exercise behavior perception and rehabilitation self-efficacy and social support(r=0.814,P<0.01;r=0.203,P<0.01).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that sensory disorders,the number of chronic diseases and rehabilitation self-efficacy were the influencing factors of exercise behavior perception.Conclusion The level of exercise perception behavior of stroke patients-needs to be improved.Strengthening exercise education and scientific guidance for stroke patients and their families,helping patients to carry out chronic disease health management,improving rehabilitation self-efficacy and the ability to obtain and utilize subjective and objective social support,is conducive to improving their perception of exercise behavior.更多还原
