【Abstract】 Neuroinflammation is an inflammatory process that occurs in the brain and participates in the occurrence and development of many nervous system diseases.This inflammatory reaction is accompanied by the change of blood-brain barrier.At the same time,blood-brain barrier is also the goal of clinical intervention in the treatment of central nervous system diseases.It is still a major challenge in the development of neurotherapy to improve its permeability,reduce drug ineffective transport and improve bioavailability.This paper reviews the correlation between neuroinflammation and blood-brain barrier,in order to provide help for the diagnosis and treatment of central nervous system diseases.更多还原
