【摘要】 湖南省水生蔬菜资源丰富，种植面积大，具有广阔的发展前景。为了加快湖南省水生蔬菜产业发展，笔者从科研成果丰硕，水生蔬菜分布广、面积大，种植品种丰富，种植模式多样和加工规模大5个方面总结了湖南省水生蔬菜产业发展的现状；从栽培品种退化和混杂严重，劳动力成本高，产品加工发展缓慢和科研力量不足4个方面分析了湖南省水生蔬菜产业发展存在的问题；针对湖南省水生蔬菜产业发展状况和存在的问题，提出了加强种质资源的研究与保护利用，强化品种提纯复壮和良种繁育工作，实施品牌带动策略以提升产品竞争力和大力发展水生蔬菜深加工的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Hunan Province is rich in aquatic vegetable resources,possessing a large planting area and broad developmental prospect.To be specific,Hunan has numerous research achievements,widely-distributed aquatic vegetable resources,large planting areas,abundant cultivars,varied planting modes and large processing scale.However,there are also such problems as variety degeneration and impurity,high labor costs,slow development of processing industry,and insufficient scientific research strength.In order to speed up the development of Hunan aquatic vegetable industry,we suggest strengthening the research,protection and utilization of aquatic vegetable germplasm resources,enhancing the purification and rejuvenation of varieties and breeding of good varieties,implementing brand-driven strategy to increase product competitiveness,and vigorously developing deep processing of aquatic vegetables.更多还原
