赤霉素和褪黑素对辣椒种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响
Effects of Gibberellins and Melatonin on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Peppers
【摘要】 为了提高辣椒种子的发芽率和幼苗质量,以辣椒材料NJ2、TJ7和CT3为试材,研究了不同浓度GA3和MT处理对辣椒种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:适当浓度的GA3和MT均能提高辣椒种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数,高效促进辣椒种子萌发的GA3最低临界浓度为0.9 mmol/L,比较合适的浓度为0.9~1.2 mmol/L;促进辣椒种子萌发的最佳MT浓度为150 μmol/L,在此浓度下辣椒材料的胚根长和胚芽长,NJ2分别比CK增加102.45%和65.61%、TJ7分别比CK增加119.85%和31.07%、CT3分别比CK增加69.23%和28.27%,然而,当MT浓度为250 μmol/L时,辣椒材料NJ2的胚根和胚芽生长明显受到抑制,其胚根长和胚芽长分别比CK降低44.60%和40.39%。
【Abstract】 To improve the seed germination rate and seedling quality of peppers,the effects of different concentrations of gibberellins(GA3) and melatonin (MT) on seed germination and seedling growth of pepper materials NJ2,TJ7 and CT3 were studied.The results showed that appropriate concentrations of GA3 and MT could improve the germination rate,germination potential,germination index and vigor index of pepper seeds.The lowest critical concentration of GA3 to efficiently promote pepper seed germination was 0.9 mmol/L,and its suitable concentration was 0.9-1.2 mmol/L.The optimum MT concentration for promoting pepper seed germination was 150 μmol/L,under which the radicle length and plumule length of pepper material NJ2 increased by 102.45% and 65.61%,TJ7 increased by 119.85% and 31.07%,and CT3 increased by 69.23% and 28.27%,respectively,compared with CK.However,when MT was 250 μmol/L,the radicle and plumule growths of pepper NJ2 were significantly inhibited,and its radicle length and plumule length was 44.60% and 40.39% lower than CK,respectively.
