郴州地区优质烟蚜茧蜂品系的筛选

【摘要】 为筛选出适宜在郴州地区扩繁和释放的优良品系,在湖南郴州地区收集、鉴定了不同地域的烟蚜茧蜂地理种群。结果表明:在郴州地区野外采集寄生了烟蚜茧蜂的僵蚜43批次,通过形态学和分子生物学鉴定分析,在室内建立了烟蚜茧蜂品系25个。对比各个品系的发育历期、成虫寿命和产卵量,发现茧蜂品系4(汝城)表现最佳,茧蜂品系23(宜章)和茧蜂品系6(桂东)等也可作为扩繁的第二梯队候选对象。对比初选的8个品系在不同温度处理下的存活率和寄生率发现,茧蜂品系4(汝城)虽然不是全面最优,但整体优于其他品系;在试验条件下,其存活率最高可达94.3%,寄生率最高可达81.7%。研究还发现,在同一温度下,相对湿度超过60%时,茧蜂品系4(汝城)的寄生率随着湿度的增大而下降。在人工模拟中雨(5 mL/h)时,寄生率降至最低,但仍有10%左右,表现出一定的抗逆境能力。这说明筛选到的茧蜂品系4(汝城)可在郴州地区作为扩繁和释放的优良品系。

【Abstract】 To screen out good Aphidius gifuensis strains suitable for propagation and release in Chenzhou area of Hunan,various geographical populations of Aphidius gifuensis were collected from this region and were identified.In total,out of 43 batches of mummified aphid individuals containing parasitic Aphidius gifuensis larva that were collected,25 Aphidius gifuensis strains were established in the laboratory by morphological and molecular biology identification.Through the comparison of development duration,adult longevity and oviposition of 25 strains,it was found strain 4 (Rucheng) had the best performance,strain 23 (Yizhang) and strain 6 (Guidong) could be used as the second echelon of candidates for propagation.Based on the comparison of survival rates and parasitism rates of the initially screened 8 strains under different temperature treatments,it was found that strain 4 (Rucheng),even not excellent in all aspects,was superior to other strains on the whole,with the highest survival rate of 94.3% and the highest parasitism rate of 81.7% under the given conditions.At the same temperature,the parasitism rate of strain 4 (Rucheng) decreased with the increase of humidity when the relative humidity was over 60%.Under the condition of a simulated moderate rainfall (5 mL/h),the parasitism rate of strain 4 (Rucheng) decreased to the lowest level,but still reached about 10%,showing a certain resistance to adversity.In conclusion,strain 4 (Rucheng) is successfully screened,which can be used as an excellent line for propagation and release in Chenzhou area of Hunan.
