【摘要】 以广州20个经济联合社(行政村)为例研究村集体公共支出结构的效率，通过构建模型分析农村集体经济组织公共支出结构对村民幸福感的影响。研究发现，村民幸福感与公共服务支出和分红支出呈正相关，与经营性支出和行政管理支出呈负相关，其中行政管理支出的影响最显著;集体经济水平在公共支出与幸福感之间具有调节作用，村民幸福感并未随公共支出同步增长，经济水平低的村社公共服务支出对幸福感的边际效用更大。应根据集体经济水平确定公共支出结构和公共服务支出类别，严格控制行政管理支出比例。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking 20 economic associations( administrative villages) in Guangzhou as examples,this paper studies the efficiency of village collective public expenditure structure,and analyzes the impact of public expenditure on villagers’ happiness in rural collective economic organization by constructing a model. The research finds that villagers’ happiness is positively correlated with public service expenditure and dividend expenditure,and negatively correlated with operating expenditure and administrative expenditure,among which administrative expenditure has the greatest impact; The level of collective economy plays a regulatory role between public expenditure and villagers’ happiness. Villagers’ happiness does not grow synchronously with public expenditure. The marginal utility of public service expenditure of village communities with low level of collective economy on happiness is greater. The structure of public expenditure and the content of public service expenditure should be determined according to the level of collective economy,and the proportion of administrative expenditure should be strictly controlled.更多还原
