【摘要】 绿色创新是经济高质量发展的主要推动力和实现路径，有效推动绿色创新需要强化政府的驱动作用及市场的拉动作用。基于不完全信息情形，考虑企业可能存在的不诚信行为，构建政府、企业、消费者三方博弈模型，并运用演化博弈方法探究政府对企业不诚信的处罚、政府监管、企业对失信行为的赔偿以及消费者监督等因素对企业绿色创新的影响。研究结果表明：政府对企业不诚信的处罚力度以及政府监管有效度均正向影响企业绿色创新行为；企业由于失信付出的假冒绿色产品的成本、对消费者的赔偿额度、信誉损失程度以及消费者监督的效果均正向影响企业绿色创新行为。更多还原

【Abstract】 Green technology innovation is the main driving force and realization path of high-quality economic development. To effectively promote green technology innovation, we need to strengthen the driving role of government and the pulling role of the market. Based on incomplete information, considering firm’s possible dishonest behavior, this study constructs a tripartite game model of government, firm and consumer. It uses the evolutionary game method to explore the influence of factors such as government punishment for firm’s dishonesty, government’s supervision, firm’s compensation for dishonesty and consumer’s supervision. The results show that both the severity of government’s punishment for firm’s dishonesty and the effectiveness of government’s supervision have a positive impact on firm’s green innovation. The packaging cost of “green products”, the amount of compensation to consumers, the degree of credit loss and the effect of consumer’s supervision all have a positive impact on firm’s green innovation.更多还原
